Our history
It all started over 20 years ago
It all started over 20 years ago with a simple question: how to unite the technical perfection of the French crêpe with the untamed richness of our land? We found the answer within the sillar stone walls of the iconic Alliance Française mansion, just steps from the Santa Catalina Monastery.
Inhabiting this colonial setting has allowed us to witness encounters, conversations, and moments that are now part of our essence. What began as a small specialty corner became a refuge where time stands still and every space holds the echo of years gone by, of shared laughter, and of moments that have transformed our house into a home that has watched generations grow.
Here, our cast iron griddles do more than cook batter; they seal stories and celebrate the heritage of Arequipa in every fold. We are a house of cooks who believe that in the simplicity of a well-made crêpe, and in the honesty of a culinary proposal executed with respect and mastery, lies the true magic.
